Senior BBDO creative Bill Bruce is leaving his long-time role as Chairman/CCO at the agency to direct full-time through RSA. One of Bruce's most iconic campaigns was his Mountain Dew "Do the Dew" which became the subject of a Harvard Business review piece and later a book on brand icon-making.
