Somehow, Michael Winslow aka Sgt Larvelle ‘Motor Mouth’ Jones had heard that Velocity were using him as a reference for the idea and got straight on the blower to the New York casting agency telling them “I’d love a crack at the gig.” The rest, as they say, is history.
