Wieden+Kennedy’s Old Spice Responses dominated yet another awards show as the agency was crowned Agency of the Year at the Webby Awards.

Now in its 15th year, the Webbys hands out awards in four main categories – Websites, Interactive Advertising, Online Film & Video, and Mobile & Apps.

Leading the charge in Interactive Advertising, W+K scored the top agency accolade after picking up both the Webby Award, voted for by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, and the People’s Voice Award, voted for by the public, in the Social Media, Integrated Campaign and Viral Marketing sections for its Old Spice work.

Other big winners included @radical.media and director Chris Milk for The Johnny Cash Project, which also won both the Webby and People’s Voice Award, and Pereira O’Dell, who triumphed in the Branded Content section for their Lego Click film.

Google Chrome Fastball by BBH NY and Google Creative Labs was voted the top Game or Application, while the People’s Voice Award in the same category went to Proximity Canada for their M&M’s Find Red campaign.

Definition 6’s YouTube film for Coca-Cola, which converted a vending machine into a Coca-Cola Happiness Machine, was named the top Online Commercial. R/GA, GS&P, BBDO NY and Buzzman were also among the winners in Interactive Advertising.
