Created to accompany a short poem written for Channel 4's spoken word comeptition, Apple is a short film directed by Piccasso Pictures' Lesley Barnes.
Competition entrants were asked to write, in 220 words or less, about a truly random event, good or bad, that altered their life forever. Dylan Owen was recently crowned as the winner with a tragic tale of luck and circumstance. Barnes designed, directed and animated a simple and stylish film to complement Owen's narrative and the end result is the perfect visual accompaniment to Dylan's prose.
