QiCommercials signs Bowker

QiCommercials has signed Phil Bowker, the man behind Channel 4’s PhoneShop, which returns to the screen next month. Bowker began his career in Liverpool as a stand-up comedian by night and a commercial producer at Radio City by day. After joining the BBC as a trainee in the prestigious Radio Light Entertainment Department, he went on to produce and direct for everyone from Harry Hill to Timothy West via Roy Hudd and Peter Serafinowicz. He soon moved into TV as a creative producer and started directing in 2009.
