Believe Media has announced award-winning international director Wendy Morgan as the latest addition to the company’s roster. Well-known for both music video and commercials work, Morgan’s notable pieces include stylish, quick-cut spots for Toshiba; a humorous bedtime campaign for IKEA; and wry comedic spots for Richmond Optometry, which were shortlisted in Cannes. Morgan began her career directing music videos in Vancouver where she captured seven MuchMusic Video Awards, including back-to-back wins as Best Director. She joined MTV Canada as an in-house creative and director and played an integral role in branding the channel’s launch and jumpstarted her commercial directing career at the network, creating, writing and directing several award-winning campaigns, which captured Promax North America and BDA North America honours.
