Native has announced the signing of feature and commercial director Tom Dey, who joins from an 18-year tenure with Ridley Scott and Associates, where he helmed commercials for such prestigious clients as Audi, Mastercard and Bank of America among others. Dey is known outside of the advertising industry for his feature film work, which includes titles such as Shanghai Noon (Disney), Showtime (WB), Failure to Launch (Paramount) and Marmaduke (20th Century Fox). In addition to his commercial work at Native, he has been directing a documentary on an integration programme that his father helped create in the 1960's called A Better Chance, continuing his commitment to discovering and mentoring young directors.
