We've all been there. Doubtless some of us are still there, languishing in the fag-end days of January, drowning in the mistaken belief that, this year, we really can turn our life and our health around. 'If I just buy that new pair of trainers/tracksuit/waterbottle/GPS gizmo, I'll definitely run at least three miles every day'. Yeah, right.
