CP+B has announced the hiring of six new creatives to its growing Los Angeles creative department. The new hires include associate creative directors Chris DeNinno and Antonio Marcato, senior art directors McKay Hathaway and Ryan Wi, and senior copywriters Ryan Montanti and Daniel Streadbeck, who will all report to co-ECDs Sue Anderson and Jason Gaboriau.

Chris DeNinno comes to CP+B from Deutsch/LA where he recently finished work on the Always One of a Kind rebranding campaign for Dr Pepper. Antonio Marcato (Associate Creative Director) comes to CP+B from RPA where he was a Sr. Art Director. Before that, he worked for seven years at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, as well as Mark/BBDO, Prague.

McKay Hathaway joins CP+B from Leo Burnett Chicago, where he was an integral part of the agency’s creative output for Nintendo, including the John launch campaign for the Nintendo 3DS and on the Wii U console launch last November. Ryan Wi (Sr. Art Director) comes to CP+B from TBWA/ Media Arts Lab, where he has worked for the past two years on all things Apple, including campaigns for iPad, iPhone, MacBook Pro and iPod. Before that, Ryan worked at JWT on JetBlue, Schick, Smirnoff and Johnson & Johnson.

Ryan Montanti joins CP+B from McCann Erickson, where she spent the last five years working with a number of high profile clients and campaigns. She was the copywriter on 2012’s Sony Xperia TV project “Mind of a Child” which was directed by Wes Anderson. Prior to that, Ryan worked at Walrus, and she started her career at Mad Dogs and Englishmen.

Daniel Streadbeck comes to CP+B most recently from Ogilvy & Mather in Chicago. Before that, he was a copywriter at Leo Burnett in Chicago where he worked on the Allstate Mayhem campaign. Daniel’s TV spots and integrated work have won at ADC Young Guns, The One Show and the Clio Awards.
