Lucozade Sport: The Ringers

At first glance, this five-a-side game just looks like a few lads having a friendly kick-about. Then The Ox and Bale show up.

Lucozade Sport has released their latest video featuring a 5-a-side powerleague match in East London from Bigballs Films’ David Lieb. Arsenal’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Tottenham’s Gareth Bale surprise amateur teams, Dynamo Samba and FC Atholl, already on the pitch, by joining in as ringers on opposing sides.

“The Ox” appears first, running riot early on until Bale turns up to steal some of his thunder. Both Premier League players light-heartedly tried to outwit each other, with Bale showing off his well-known free kick technique and The Ox copying Bale’s signature goal celebration after putting one shot away.
