The Mill is thrilled to announce and welcome back Melanie Wickman, as executive producer, based at The Mill in New York, as well as the promotion of former deputy head of production, Zu Alkadiri to executive producer. Wickman returns to The Mill from Absolut Post NY, where she was executive producer. With over 15 years of production expertise she has worked with some of the best and brightest in the industry including Michel Gondry, Phil Joanou and Steve Rogers and worked on hi-profile spots including adidas, Johnnie Walker, Lady Gaga, and Pepsi. Zu moves from his role as deputy head of production in New York to executive producer, and also brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience.
