Bupa has launched its first global digital marketing campaign by introducing no-nonsense walking legend Chad Strider in a funny web film to promote its new app.

Aimed to inspire the nation to get active by walking more, the film sees Strider at the centre of attention as his walking technique and relentless training programme are analysed in a montage of clips and scenes. Watch as he peaks, then throws in the towel when it all gets too much before returning to implement the app and all that comes with it.

Download the Ground Miles app here for free. The campaign was created by UK-based advertising agency Hometown London and the film was shot in Hollywood by Indy 8 director Matthew Pollock with post completed at Envy.
