International commercial production company Cap Gun Collective has announced the appointment of veteran TV production executive William Hamm as executive producer for original content at Cap Gun TV, the company's hybrid production studio that develops, produces and markets original content for multiple platforms. Hamm joins Cap Gun from Starz Media, where he was executive vice president of originals production and development and he brings 15 years of experience in filmed entertainment.
