Dylan Williams has joined Publicis Worldwide as global head of strategy and innovation officer. Williams was previously at Mother where he worked from 2005 as its first head of strategy. During his time there the agency won a series of major accounts including Stella Artois, Becks and IKEA. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing Publicis' global strategy and innovation offering, reporting directly to Arthur Sadoun, chief executive of Publicis Worldwide.
