Hot on the heels of the success of Honda Hands [the shots Awards 2013 TVC of the Year, no less], Honda, Wieden+Kennedy London and Nexus directors Smith & Foulkes have once again teamed up with to showcase the newest member of the Civic reange, the Civic Tourer.
The spot concerns itself with looking past the outside beauty of the car to see what's inside. The film employs a collage of techniques to achieve a hyper-real aesthetic, mixing stop-motion ‘slicing’ and CG effects to create the inside of the objects, and live-action for the exterior of the objects.
