Pfister joins Reset

Santa Monica-based production company Reset has announced the addition of Wally Pfister to its roster of talent. Pfister’s latest feature Transcendence starring Johnny Depp hits cinemas nationwide on Friday 18 April. Pfister, a long-time collaborator of Christopher Nolan, previously worked as a DP for such films as The Dark Knight, The Prestige and Moneyball. This collaboration saw him pick up several Academy Award nominations in 2011 and he won an award for his ground-breaking work on Inception. Commercially Pfister has helmed spots for brands including HBO, Vizio, Got Milk, as well as a series of anti-Meth PSAs for the Montana Meth Project. Reset was founded in 2012 by Dave Morrison and David Fincher. The company maintains affiliations with UK production house Academy Films.
