US advertising agency network Publicis Worldwide has announced the appointment of Julia Levin as chief marketing officer, Publicis Worldwide North America. In her new role, Levin will be responsible for both new and organic business development across all Publicis North America offices and brands and will be based at the agency’s headquarters in New York. Levin joins from The Martin Agency, where she led and won pitches for Stoli and Sparkle Georgia Pacific, among others.
