Advertising agency BBH NY has named current CCO John Patroulis as creative chairman, and promoted former executive creative director Ari Weiss to CCO. The news follows massive business accomplishments under Patroulis’ watch including a more than 50 per cent increase in revenue last year. Current chairman Emma Cookson, who has spent two decades at the agency, will leave to follow new opportunities. The new core leadership team will include Patroulis and Weiss alongside CSO Sarah Watson and North American CEO Pat Lafferty.
