Borja Rivera joins Grey

Advertising agency network Grey has announced the appointment of Borja Rivera as director of talent development in its Spanish office. In his new role Rivera will be responsible for the implementation of a new personnel evaluation system, implemented by the group throughout the EMEA and the development of career plans. Rivera has spent his entire career within the WPP group and has been linked to Grey from 2009.
