Andrew Baird joins 8th Street

US-based 8^th Street signs Andrew Baird as director.

Baird, known for his stylised and experimental technique, has had a multi-faceted career – working in music, design and commercials. Baird’s dreams of making a feature film have finally come true thanks to ICM Partners, as he is currently casting for City of Robots. Prior to 8^th Street, he founded his own production company Asylum which developed his provocative style and allowed him to experiment with digital technology. He has won several awards for his work, including recognition from the Irish Institute of Creative Advertising & Design.
