Paul Silburn, the joint chief creative officer at Saatchi & Saatchi London, is to leave the agency to pursue new opportunities. He will not be replaced.

"After nearly eight years I'm ready for a fresh challenge and looking forward to being able to talk about new creative opportunities," he says. "Saatchi & Saatchi is transformed from the agency I joined. It's almost doubled in size and become fully integrated and I'm proud to have been a part of that transformation."

Magnus Djaba, the CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Fallon UK group, adds: “Paul is one of the best advertising craftsmen not just in London, but in the world, and his input and influence over the past eight years have been invaluable.  We wish him every success for the future.”

Silburn joined Saatchi & Saatchi London in November 2007. Creative highlights from across his career include the No Nonsense campaign for John Smiths, Bear Fight for John West Salmon, Royal Wedding and Dance for T-Mobile and the BBC iPlayer Making the Unmissable Unmissable launch campaign.

Kate Stanners, also chief creative officer at Saatchi & Saatchi London, will continue in her role as creative lead on international clients, while the executive creative directors Rob Potts and Andy Jex will oversee all creative output on UK business.
