Y&R New York will welcome Thomas Shim as creative director for the Dell account on November 16.
Shim will manage business on the account daily and he is expected to improve the work on it. Prior to the role, he was an associate creative director for the Cadillac and Chevrolet accounts at Spike DDB. He has also worked as a creative at Havas Worldwide and freelanced for BBDO, R/GA, MRM McCann and Saatchi and Saatchi, securing numerous awards throughout his career. In his spare time, Shim is an independent filmmaker, app developer and professor at the School of Visual Arts.
