What's at the centre of pretty much all Aisan cuisine? The wok. So, The Sweet Shop director, SEGA, and the now-closed Droga5 Sydney have made the humble cooking utensil the star of a new TV spot for Tiger Beer.
Featuring striking visuals, including an animated dragon, a rythmic voiceover and a cool soundtrack, the spot is a fiery film that honours the universal and central symbol of Asian cuisine.
David Nobay, former creative chairman at Droga5 Sydney, now creative chairman of Marcel Sydney, says, "This project was all about elevating the everyday life of Asia's street woks to somewhere a bit magical. SEGA's cunning Spanish eye delivered just that."
