New York-based media planning and buying specialist, Carat, has announced the promotion of chief client officer, Michael Epstein, to the role of president. In his new role, Epstein will oversee all US client and product teams, better linking the agency’s proprietary intelligence and audience strategy to maximise impact for its customers. Epstein will continue to report to Doug Ray, US CEO. He joined Carat in 2013 as its first chief strategy officer.
