MullenLowe London has launched a new campaign for Knorr that sees singles paired up based on the type of food they like.

The three-minute-long branded piece is a cross between UK dating show First Dates and dinner party programme Come Dine with Me, and explores the idea of finding love through the power of taste.

Whether it's a hot date with a girl who likes spicy food, a meal with a big-haired burger lover or an encounter with a friendly guy with a hankering for home cooking, the personality and physical appearance come second in the unique taste test.

The film is directed by Pulse Films' Tatia Pilieva, who shot a similarly-themed human experiment in 2014, for fashion brand, Wren, based on first kisses. The video has since been viewed over 100 million times on YouTube.
