Blink’s new addition was born into a family of filmmakers and photographers and spent his childhood assisting his uncles – one a Polish photographer, the other an Iranian filmmaker – learning the importance of craft and empathy in visual storytelling. Norowzian has gone on to develop a stripped-down documentary approach to filmmaking, full of honesty and intimacy with his characters.
His work includes spots for GE and a documentary, Born A Believer, about Carneys Community, a London charity that helps disadvantaged and excluded young people use boxing as a way to keep off the streets and away from a life of crime.
