J. Walter Thompson Atlanta has welcomed Vann Graves (right) to its office as chief creative officer.

He will be responsible for expanding the department and bolstering the agency’s offering and will work closely beneath the CEO, Spence Kramer (pictured). Graves worked previously at full service agency FL+G, where he also served as CCO. Before this, he was based in New York working at leading agencies including BBDO and McCann, across global clients like Lockheed Martin, M&M’s, MasterCard and American Airlines. JWT’s worldwide CCO Matt Eastwood admits he’s most excited to benefit from Graves' leadership experience, having served in the United States Marine Corps.
