Not To Scale has promoted Sarah Butterworth from executive producer to managing director at its London studio. Her appointment comes off the back of the company’s successful expansion into Amsterdam and New York spearheaded by its founder, Dan O’Rourke. O’Rourke will take on the new role of group managing director and will focus on further developing the studio’s roster of talent as well as opening new studios. In her new role, Butterworth will oversee the London studio’s creative output as well as its new talent and new business activity. She will also join the company’s global board.
