Bicoastal production company m ss ng p eces has welcomed award-winning filmmaker Samir Mallal to its talented line-up. Joining the rosters for both live action and VR/experiential/digital, Mallal is a multidisciplinary talent making waves in commercials, documentary, and VR. He captured the commercial world in 2010 with his Tropicana commercial, Arctic Sun, which earned him a spot on the Saatchi & Saatchi New Directors Showcase at Cannes Lions, as well as the Best Young Director award and a Gold Lion. Since then, he has gone on to direct projects for brands like GE, Google, Coca-Cola, Starbucks and more.
