Cross wins promotion

London-based Gramercy Park Studio has promoted Sam Cross to sound designer.

His promotion comes after four years at the integrated post production facility working within audio transfer. Cross, who is already building a strong client base, has captured the industry’s attention for his work with Dyson and short animation, Dead Ahead, which was hugely successful at festivals and secured a Vimeo Staff Pick accolade, garnering 240,000 views to date. Prior to joining Gramercy Park Studios, Cross worked at 750mph for five years. His promotion at GPS coincides with the expansion of the company’s Central London facility and its new sound suite.
