After stints at RKCR/Y&R (now Y&R London), Saatchi and Saatchi, DDB London and most recently MullenLowe London, Richard Denney will take on the role of executive creative director at the London-based, independent creative agency St Luke's.

The previous ECD, Alan Young, has been promoted to CCO. Denney will work with him and Julian Vizard, the agency's creative partner across clients that include Heineken, Very.co.uk and Aunt Bessie’s.

In a statement, Young complemented Denney's "tremendous track record", which has seen him win multiple awards including golds at Cannes, British Arrows, Creative Circle, Campaign Big Awards, the UK Effies and Clios. Young went on to say "[Denney's] phenomenal energy adds real fire-power to the department. His instinctively collaborative nature makes him the ideal match culturally.”
