Nexus Studios have signed US-based design and animation studio Chromosphere, who join the roster for exclusive global director representation across film and interactive.
The studio, which is led by creative director Kevin Dart, is based in Los Angeles. They came to the industry's attention with Forms in Nature . A 2016 'audiovisual collaboration' which, to quote its Vimeo page, aimed to show how 'through scientific study and understanding, we deepen our connection to the natural world,' Forms in Nature won that year's Motion Award for Best Short Film.
Most recently, the team completed a forthcoming Google Spotlight story Sonaria, described by the Spotlight team as its first experimental animated film, which follows two shape-shifting creatures in a vivid and immersive journey of light and sound.
