72andSunny has appointed executive strategy director team Kelly Schoeffel and Bryan Smith as its newest global partners.

Since joining the agency in 2009, Schoeffel has worked on a range of brands including Starbucks, Tillamook and the City of Los Angeles, and was named one of Fast Company's 100 Most Creative People in Business. Schoeffel was a foundational partner in building both 72U, the agency’s in-house creative residency and the company’s brand citizenship practice, advancing the idea that doing good is good for business. She’s led community initiatives within 72andSunny, including a project that helped shape the vision for a revitalized Los Angeles River, with renowned architect Frank Gehry, to launching LA Original, one of the first civic-lifestyle brands, alongside Mayor Eric Garcetti and the City of LA.

A hybrid talent, Smith has been behind some of the agency’s most famous work since he joined in 2012, and along with Schoeffel has built a cross-disciplinary strategy department within 72andSunny. He has worked with a variety of brands throughout his career including Activision, adidas, Axe, Google, Johnnie Walker and YouTube.
