This narrative-rich promo for The Power, a collaboration between Duke Dumont and Zak Abel, was shot in the director Paco Raterta’s native Philippines and features stunning visuals from DP Ja Tadena.
Produced by Pulse Films, it is structured in three acts – The Pain, The Truth and The Power – and stars Filipino-Australian actor Jasmine Curtis Smith as a plucky woman battling to save her girlfriend from a sinister cult of orange-robed baddies.
Top pop fact: English/Moroccan singer-songwriter Zak Abel is also known for his former life as an English Cadet national table tennis champ.
