In her previous role, Michele was Associate Partner and Group Business Director.
Independent creative agency Eleven Inc., has promoted Michele Sileo to the role of Partner, Chief Growth Officer.
In her previous role, Michele was Associate Partner and Group Business Director. As such, she oversaw the company’s ongoing new business success and continued growth from existing clients. In her new role, effective immediately, Michele joins the six other partners in managing agency operations—and will continue to drive growth for Eleven, working directly with the agency’s clients and partners. The promotion positions Michele as the agency’s most senior female leader and as a key force in shaping and driving the agency agenda.
Since joining Eleven in 2004, Sileo has cultivated a strong roster of clients for Eleven including Apple, Oakley, Chevrolet/GM, PayPal, Visa, Lyft, Tile, WGU, Columbus Foods, ARIA Resort & Casino, Julep, AAA, and Union Bank. She has also provided strategic guidance to brand development for this group of blue chip clients, helping deliver their vision to market. Michele also formed “Women to Women,” an internal mentorship initiative which focuses on personal development and growth for employees, while also aligning the agency with industry events that support women in advertising.
“Michele has been a driving force at Eleven since she arrived twelve years ago,” said Courtney Buechert, CEO of Eleven. “She is the face of the agency with new client relationships and has helped propel us into a new era of growth. And her natural strength has made her a pillar for our culture–always leading with urgency, commitment, and a gift for pulling us all together. Her elevation as a Partner is well earned, and I’m grateful we’re together in all this.”
“At Eleven, I’ve had the honor of working with some of the most thoughtful, creative minds in the industry—each of whom are passionate about our promise of being the agency designed for the modern world,” said Michele. “I’m looking forward to continuing to mentor and challenge up-and-coming talent while working with some of the most ambitious and disruptive brands in the world.”
Michele has over 25 years under her belt in the advertising and creative industry. She began her career at Deutsch NY, launching IKEA in the US. She then found herself in California and landed at Hal Riney & Partners—where she spent nearly a decade building and launching regional and national efforts for GM’s Saturn, GM EV1, and Sprint PCS.
