Vincent Geraghty Promoted to Head of Production

Leo Burnett Chicago announced the promotion of Vincent Geraghty to EVP/Executive Director of Production. Geraghty has more than 20 years of production experience and has spent the last 13 years in the production department at Leo Burnett, managing production for a variety clients including Coca-Cola, Kellogg's, General Motors, McDonald's, Nintendo and Samsung.
"Vincent is a tireless champion for creativity and craft at Leo Burnett," said Susan Credle, Chief Creative Officer, Leo Burnett USA. "He cares deeply for production and how it impacts and supports a creative idea. As a mentor and leader, he has the ability to inspire and encourage collaboration."
Geraghty will succeed Chris Rossiter, former Head of Production, who helped lead a transformation that merged production capabilities within Leo Burnett and Arc Worldwide and created the industry's first internal production consultancy.
"It's an honor to assume this role and continue to build on Leo Burnett's momentum," said Geraghty. "The production talent inside our agency is world-class, and I look forward to creating and fostering an environment that focuses on the craft of great ideas for our clients."
Mike Shanahan will partner with Geraghty from an operational standpoint, taking on additional legal and financial responsibilities as the agency's new SVP/Executive Director of Production Operations.
