Good things come to those who shhhhhh!
This wry spot celebrating Guinness's sponsorship of the Irish Rugby Football Union plays on fans’ superstition that talking about possible wins can jinx their team’s chances in the Rugby World Cup.

As fans look forward to this year's Rugby World Cup, Guinness launches a new campaign to show its support of the Irish team.
Developed by AMV BBDO, the humorous campaign film Don't Jinx It was directed by James Rouse through Biscuit and taps into the fear that overconfident predictions could affect the outcome of a match.
Shot in sports-documentary style, the spot sees Ireland fans being interviewed about their hopes for the upcoming games. With Ronan Keating’s When You Say Nothing At All playing throughout, it begins with a couple in a pub arguing over whether saying ‘Ireland was going to w*n’ cost the team a championship title in a previous match.
Ultimately the advice is keep watching but keep mum.
