As anyone who's had to climb a tree or hang halfway out of a bedroom window knows, getting a phone signal out in the sticks can be notoriously patchy.
One sneaky grand-mère turns this preconception to her advantage in a new campaign to promote Bouygues' enhanced 4G coverage in rural areas.
Created by BETC Paris and directed by Emma Luchini via Stink Paris, the humorous spot sees a young girl going to check up on her grandmother in the countryside, after she receives a call with seemingly poor reception. After a happy day of inter-generational bonding over clothes and make-up, the girl heads off... and we discover it was all an elaborate ploy by granny to engineer a visit.
