We all know the story of The Good Samaritan - a person in need is denied all help until and unlikely stranger shows kindness.
Retelling the trope in gloriously cinematic style (and, let's face it, borrowing heavily from the Reddit tale and follow-up New York Times story) is Great Guns director Chris Neal's touching Today You, Tomorrow Me.
Created in association with Love Has No Labels and the Ad Council, the short follows a driver whose car breaks down as he strives to see his ex-wife and daughter. Subsequently saved by a passing Hispanic family, the film really shines in its portrayal of a man slowly seeing kindness as a gift rather than a transaction.
