This past summer, Bose launched Rule the Quiet a campaign for its Quiet Comfort Earbuds, that aimed to show real stories about real people who use music to unleash and elevate their passions to world class levels.

As a continuation of that campaign, and ahead of its 8th season as the Official Sound of the NFL, Bose is now introducing a new television spot and social videos called The Quiet OnesFeaturing Patrick Mahomes, Russell Wilson and Aaron Rodgers, the content aims to tell a story of peak performance and how Bose QuietComfort earbuds, both their noise cancellation and music reproduction, help these athletes plan and prepare to deliver on the field.

In order to tell this sports-driven story, Bose looked for a production partner who would understand the mind of an athlete and how to visualize it. Stept Studios was that partner, Nick Martini, co-founder of Stept Studios and directors Chai Vasarhelyi and Jimmy Chin were the ideal creative partners to bring this campaign to life. Having made their mark with their Academy-Award winning film Free Solo, the filmmakers are gifted storytellers, and Jimmy’s experience as an athlete is invaluable in informing his depiction of an athlete’s internal flow state.
