The world is a pretty fractured place nowadays, with opposing opinions and beliefs causing rifts throughout. Whilst we're not saying a tasty plate of chips is the answer, this new commercial for McCain certainly makes a good case.
Taking 'differences of opinion' in regards to religion, gender, politics and sexual identities as a loose base, the merry montage that makes up Differences showcases home-lives across the spectrum (as is a theme in the We Are Family series). Abily constructed by adam&eveDDB, with Knucklehead's Finn McGough, the message of ultimate unity isn't lost amid the fries and burgers, and the tender moments captured are truly endearing.
With a likable VO from TV's own Royle Family Ricky Tomlinson and some delightful copywriting, this chipper spot puts a positive spin on familial foibles.
