This sensitive and heartfelt spot, directed by Benjamin Nicolas through 4ZERO1, tells a touching tale of two inseparable friends.
Tyler Epassy and Remi Brideau star as Max and Lou, a pair of young boys who love to play mischievous tricks on their unsuspecting families. When Lou is taken to hospital, the duo continue to plot their ingenious pranks via walkie talkies.
The spot takes a saddening turn as Lou’s responses become quieter, until the line goes silent. Max grows anxious and impatient as he waits to hear back from his best friend.
The story has a heartwarming end, as Lou returns from treatment and immediately radios Max whose smile beams with relief, shining a spotlight on the importance the Montreal Children’s hospital's work, and the direct impact that donating to the foundation has on the lives of patients and their loved ones.
