“If you wanna be a guy like me, first off, you gotta have drive like me,” so wraps P Money in this inspiring video, directed by Matt Walker, that fizzes with energy and drive.
Urging listeners to follow his example, get a wiggle on and take charge of their destiny, The Calling, is an exclusive new track and promo that outlines how the artist’s formidable determination helped him carve out a career in music.
His urgent entreaty “Do not miss the chance, do not miss the signs. No more sleeping late, let’s get it this morning,” is enough to send anyone who feels their get-up-and-go has got up and gone to sieze the day.
Made in collaboration with Jamal Edwards, founder of urban music platform SBTV, and produced by Teddy Music, it’s part of the Department for Education’s wider Fire It Up drive, which showcases the diverse range of opportunities that apprenticeships offer.
Seven apprentices worked on the campaign from professions including drone engineering, sound and video production, lighting, hair and make-up.
