Puma Picks Droga5 for Global Duties
Sportswear brand consolidates its global account with the agency’s New York office.
Not worked with the creative hot shop Droga5 yet? You might get your chance. The agency is set to close out 2008 on a bit of a tear, having just been named to handle Puma’s global marketing account, with an estimated budget of $100 million US. According to published reports, this marks the first time the brand has consolidated its ad duties with one agency. Droga5 will work closely with Puma’s in-house marketing team, which has previously worked with a wide range of creative and production resources around the world. Its assignment reportedly includes a new branding campaign and well as new product launches. Most recently, the office landed creative assignments from new-age household products brand Method.
