Radar Studios Signs Kathleen Lorden
The award-winning director has joined the integrated, Chicago-based production company's roster for representation.
Radar Studios, a Chicago-based integrated Production Studio, has signed of director Kathleen Lorden to their directorial roster. With ten years of agency experience, Lorden brings with her an impeccable comedic sense and eye for art in the mundane. Lorden has worked with an array of clients, such as Disney, Green Day, Microsoft, Sony, and Visa.
A natural storyteller and artist, Lorden found her place in advertising as an art director, working with industry talents such as Oliver Stone, Todd Haynes and Nora Ephron. It was working with these directors that inspired Lorden to return to the classroom to receive her MFA from Art Center College of Design. Since graduation, Lorden has been honored by Cannes with The Young Director’s Award, has been named to Shoot’s New Director Showcase, has been selected as an AICP Show Honoree, has received a CLIO award, and several ADDY’s.
When asked about her inspiration for success, Lorden said, “My dad’s lessons in leadership resonate most. He believes that you can succeed in any business by simply working hard and being nice.”
