In this music-driven, heavily textured spot, Ram Trucks drive up on the competition, the newest model spins across a desert landscape.
Intercut in between images of dry mud, scaled creatures, and soaring vistas, a truck tears through the landscape, shooting dust and sand in its wake. Sandman is furiously edited, full of dark, rich colors and slow-motion captures of the vehicle in motion. Subtly and beautifully enhanced by ATK PLN editors, the spot is thoughtful and full of surprising moments where visuals are juxtaposed against the lullaby sounds of the soundtrack.
Directed by Renan Ozturk and Eric Crosland, the piece was produced by Sherpas Cinema. The sound editing was done by Lucky Post, who delicately arranged the aggressive, serpentine movements of the truck against the soft, berceusic melody that carries the piece through.
