Sécurité Routière unveils surprisingly happy endings

While most safety films focus on the tragic outcomes of drivers messing up, these two spots smartly flip the concept – while managing to pack a gentle punch – by portraying careful motorists avoiding calamity. 

Sensitively directed by Wilfrid Brimo, out of Grand Bazar, the films were created by Serviceplan France with the message, ‘we all have the power to save a life’.

In Léa, an eight-year-old girl thanks a man for resisting the temptation to pick up his phone while driving, thereby avoiding a fatal accident, while cyclist Marc thanks a woman for respecting the speed limit on a small country road. Nicely done.
