shots Awards full juries announced in final week to enter
With the absolute-will-not-be-prolonged-get-your-work-in-now deadline of Friday February 25th announced, tickets for the event on sale, and the amassed juries clamouring for content, shots Awards The Americas 2022 is shaping up to be the biggest yet.
We turned a blind eye over the holidays, let you snooze through January and even allowed you a moment to swim through an ocean of dip with the Super Bowl, but now is the time to collect your greatest work from 2021 and submit it to shots Awards The Americas.
With a new, final Friday, February 25th deadline looming, this week is your last chance to enter. Information about categories and criteria can be found here, while the simple entry system is here.
What's more, we can now officially confirm that our glorious trophies will be handed out at the inaugural shots Awards The Americas live show, going ahead on Thursday, May 5th at the fantastic NeueHouse in Hollywood.

What's more, our final line-up of judges has now officially been confirmed and is viewable here.
Sitting as the lead of the Direction jury for 2022 is Pulse Films' President Davud Karbassioun; our Cinematography head is DoP Cristina Dunlap; the Charity category will be led by director and Founder of Even/Odd, Mohammad Gorjestani; the Music & Sound Design team will have Executive Producer and Managing Director of Yessian, Marlene Bartos, leading; and last, but by no means least, this year's Animation jury will be headed by the Co-Founder of Hornet, Michael Feder.
Leading the hotly contested Music Video category for 2022 is Biscuit Filmworks' Partner / Managing Director Shawn Lacy; Concept/Copywriting will be taken by Alex Taylor, Executive Creative Director at TBWA\Chiat\Day New York; Brian Bullock, Founder of RETHINK Studios, heads up Editing/VFX; Casting/Production & Styling will be looked over by Valiant Pictures Director, Tiffany Frances; and RESET EP, Jen Beitler, heads up the coveted New Director category.
