With the UK in the grip of sport fever following the Lionesses epic win last night, there's no better time to promote the joie de vivre that physical activity can bring; and the maxim that 'every move enables more'.
As this heartwarming film, directed by Jon Barber through Mind’s Eye, shows, even moderate amounts of exercise can help people living with disease enjoy life more.
Led by 15 major health and social care charities backed by Sport England, the campaign celebrates the little ways in which a diverse group of real people with ongoing conditions are getting active.
The platform includes TV, social and OOH activations and encourages people to find different ways to up their physical activity by driving them to the We Are Undefeatable website.
