Who doesn't love watching a bunch of amateur bakers sifting their flour, cracking their eggs and sabotaging others' custard, all in the name of good-hearted competition?
Promoting the tenth series of cake-based wonder The Great British Bake Off, Channel 4 has constructed a feel-good montage demonstrating the effect the show has on ordinary people - including shoppers frantically clearing the aisles of baking ingredients, causing chaos at supermarkets and even seeing a surge in the stock market!
Created and produced the channel’s in-house creative team, 4Creative, and directed by Alex Boutell, the spot's sing-alongable use of All Together Now and smile-inducing montage of mayhem (even throwing in warbling baked versions of the hosts and Sesame Street's very own pâtissier, Cookie Monster) makes for a delightful plate ready for another slice of TV's finest.
